What to Remember to Bring
Please remember to bring your medical insurance cards, your most current photo ID, and whatever glasses and/or contact lenses you are currently wearing!

We accept cash, checks, and major debit and credit cards including MasterCard and American Express. For patients who have little or no vision insurance coverage, flexible payment programs may be arranged. To learn more about our payment options, please call our office directly!
